Debaenst BV is a Flemish SME based in Mouscron and specialized in the production, packaging and labeling of food packages. The Belgian wholesalers are our main customers.

The following tasks would fall under your responsibility:
- follow up on incoming orders
- creating order forms and working documents
- outgoing billing
- control of the incoming invoices with the delivery notes
- entering the invoices
- entering account statements
- preparation of the VAT return
- support the digitization of accounting
- Experience of working with beef is vital
